Ridge Hall Development
The project involved the masterplanning of 3 acres of ground adjoining a protected Georgian Country house adjacent to Ballybrack village. The 4 residential blocks are each distinct in massing and vocabulary, responding to the topography of the site, the Georgian house, and unusual variety of mature, exotic trees on the site. The public element connecting to the village centre is the large medical centre which occupies the historic protected structure together with a new contemporary urban block.
