Bayview Townhouse Centre
This project involved the redevelopment of a hotel of historical importance in Wicklow Town which had provided a significant urban landmark to the town since the early 19th century. Peeling back the lesser quality and non-historical building elements from the original Hotel would reveal the authentic period building. The new reconstruction would house boutique type retail outlets, with a glazed three storey atrium connection space to the rear of the Hotel, thus providing a public interaction area for cafes & restaurants within the contrasting building styles.
